Please read, understand, and accept the following agreement before registering to use the software.

By clicking on the “I agree” button, the user acknowledges that he has read, understood, and agreed to all the terms as outlined in this agreement. SwipeGo's operations and customer service are provided by Shanghai CeBlue Information Technology Co., Ltd. All services provided by SwipeGo or Shanghai CeBlue Information Technology will follow the terms set out in this agreement, and all operational rules and policies will be strictly enforced.

The trial account is valid for 30 days. The trial account provides full product functionality, and each trial account is unique and private, allowing the user to test the product with real company data. If, after the trial period, the user decides to purchase the software, all data can be optionally retained from the trial period.

SwipeGo considers all data entered in trial accounts as confidential to the party entering them.

Sale, resale or reproduction, development of imitation products or services, copying or imitation of SwipeGo's design, user interface, functions and charts are all strictly prohibited. The account is to be used only for legitimate business services, and the sending and storage of viruses, worms, Trojans, and other harmful computer code, files, scripts, or procedures are prohibited.

All accounts must comply with local, state, and federal laws, and users are responsible for ensuring their own compliance. It is the user's responsibility to report any unauthorized use of SwipeGo's product or service, or compromised security information such as lost or stolen passwords.

During the trial period the data that enter is not held to the same standard of accuracy and reliability as our paid products. While SwipeGo will make reasonable efforts to keep accounts open and data safe and accessible, during the trial period, SwipeGo reserves the right to suspend, transfer, or delete users' accounts, with or without cause, with or without notice to the user. SwipeGo is not responsible for any damage or economic loss that may occur as a result of data loss, deletion, or inaccessibility.

The trial account is valid for 30 days; at the end of which SwipeGo holds no responsibility to allow access to or ensure integrity of any data entered during the trial period.

Shanghai CeBlue Information Technology Co., Ltd, is the legal owner of all intellectual property rights associated with SwipeGo's products and services. The SwipeGo name and logo are trademarks of Shanghai CeBlue Information Technology Co., Ltd, and can not be used without permission.

SwipeGo reserves the right to unilaterally terminate or otherwise discontinue service for trial and demonstration accounts at any time, with or without cause, with or without notification to users.

Users must have legal authority to agree to an agreement of this nature, and must be legally bound by such an agreement.

SWIPEGO'S TRIAL AND DEMONSTRATION ACCOUNTS ARE PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" BASIS WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, WARRANTIES OF TITLE OR IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OTHER THAN THOSE WARRANTIES WHICH ARE IMPLIED BY AND INCAPABLE OF EXCLUSION, RESTRICTION OR MODIFICATION UNDER THE LAWS APPLICABLE TO THIS AGREEMENT.

The following issues are explicitly disclaimed:

1. The use or integration of the “service” causing hardware, software, system or data errors.
2. The “service” not meeting the user's requirements or expectations
3. Defects or errors in the product or service

SwipeGo's services are almost entirely dependent on the internet and other electronic communications. Some problems may occur as a result of inherent shortcomings or limitations in those communications. SwipeGo is not responsible for delays, data loss, or other problems that result from these communication issues.

NO ADVICE OR INFORMATION, WHETHER ORAL OR WRITTEN, OBTAINED BY YOU FROM SWIPEGO OR SHANGHAI CEBLUE INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY CO., LTD., OR THROUGH OR FROM THE SERVICE SHALL CREATE ANY WARRANTY NOT EXPRESSLY ON THE SITE OR COMMUNICATED TO USERS

SwipeGo reserves the right to amend this Agreement at any time. The amendments and revisions of this agreement will take effect immediately upon publishing to SwipeGo's website or otherwise notifying users. Users should review the Terms of the Agreement from time to time. Any use of SwipeGo's products or services after amendments to the Terms of the Agreement have been published is deemed acceptance of those amendments.

This document is the entire agreement between SwipeGo and the user as it pertains to free, trial, and demonstration accounts.
